Returns

We sincerely hope you love your peculiar purchase. Sometimes you need to try on a garment in person to see how it looks on your body. To ensure your happiness, we offer a 2-week refund policy, assuming the return meets the following conditions:

1. Start by filling out a Return Form. It lets us know we should expect a package from you.
2. After receiving a confirmation email, mail the onesie to the instructed address. Peculiar Colors does not cover the cost of returns unless the item(s) received are faulty or not as ordered. In this instance, Peculiar Colors will reimburse the postage cost, assuming a standard non-overnight shipping option is used. Items lost in the mail without a tracking number will not be refunded.
3. All item(s), faulty or not, must be returned within 14-days of receipt of the goods.
4. Goods must be in original condition, with all tags still intact. Items soiled with makeup, dirt, dust, food, tanning products, misdirected pee etc. will not be refunded.

Faulty items include:

1. Manufacturing defects
2. Goods that have been wrongly described
3. Goods that are different than what was ordered
